Through Muscle Wellness Therapy I aim to ease your pain. I undertake to treat you in a professional manner and to treat you with respect and to the best of my ability.

Health Fund Rebates

Muscle Wellness Therapy is a Remedial Treatment using Corrective Exercises. Corrective Exercises falls under the umbrella of Remedial Massage. If your Private Health Fund covers Remedial Massage you should be able to claim a rebate for your treatment. Please check with your health fund before your appointment.

Arrival at your appointment

For your initial appointment, you will be sent a client intake form via email to be completed before your arrival. If this form has not been completed you will be asked to complete it when you arrive at the clinic.
Your treatment will be explained at your initial appointment.

If you arrive late for your scheduled appointment your service may be shortened in order to keep following appointments to time. No full or partial refunds will be given.

Clothing

Clothing is to remain on during your treatment with shoes removed. Exercise clothes are ideal otherwise two piece attire, eg. shorts/long pants and t-shirt are recommended.

Client Cancellation and No Show Policy

24 hours notice of any change to your appointment is appreciated. Please be aware that other people may want your appointment time, therefore if you are unable to attend your appointment please notify me as soon as possible. Less than three hours notification of a change to your appointment may result in being charged for the full cost of your appointment.

‘No Show Policy’ – If you do not attend your appointment and do not notify me that you will not be attending your appointment before the start time of your appointment it will be expected you pay the FULL PRICE OF YOUR MISSED APPOINTMENT.
